This weeks #YOJAY discusses the age old question: Why is it with all the technological advances we have today….that scientists still haven’t been able to come up with an exercise that will stimulate and strengthen the glutes?
I mean we had the technology to pretend to put a man on the moon but our own posteriors? Nothing? We also discuss unstable surface training.
