10 second work intervals can create the same results as 30 second intervals and in some cases it can actually be even more beneficial.
Some of you are just arbitrarily picking different work to rest intervals.
Mark says it does matter! Accumulation of short bursts 10-15 second vs long bouts of 60-90 second intervals?
Both create metabolic change but the later increase lactic acid production and there for reduces the amount of work to be performed later in the workout.
Doc Smith also shares with all of you the value of education and how he worked his way toward his Phd and uncovered the secrets of HIIT training.
