Next Level Level 1 Body Prep
Sep 16, 2016The Body Prep series is designed to prepare your body for the day ahead. Resetting your musculoskeletal system first thing in the morning sets you up for a day of function and efficiency.
A bad night sleep or a physically demanding previous day can have you waking up feeling a little twisted or unbalanced.
If this unbalanced body is not addressed, the rest of your day is comprised of a bunch of compromises based on your imbalances.
This is why it is so important to reset the body daily. This body prep is also a great pre-warm up, warm-up!
The same way many of you foam roll while you wait for your body to wake up pre-workout, the body prep can be used the same way.
The key is to acknowledge the subtle nuances or changes from day to day.
As you progress through the program you will find some of the exercises that you previously found challenging have now become easy.
This is PROGRESS!!!!
This Body Prep is not about effort. It is about consistency.
