The Level 1 Kinoga is a movement based body prep that includes mobility, stability, and rotational sling activation while challenging your proprioception. Perform this warm up before your Level 1 Exercise Session.
Sequence:
Knee to Chest
Open Up the Hip
Pull Knee Across
Quad Stretch with Reach
Adductor Iso Stretch x2
Rotary Sling Stretch x2
