Sugar, salt, sugar, salt, sugar!

These 2 elements are dichotomies that force the body’s taste buds and cravings to bounce back and forth like a game of ping pong!

Everyone knows these 2 nutrients cause obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attacks and cancer.

Yet our bodies crave these tasty treats!

Can salt be good for you? What if I was to argue in its favour for you to savour! 

I just returned from a trip to Scotland where I experienced these 2 evil stepbrothers in full force.

Just like America, Britain has fallen victim to the fast food, sugar and salt dense diet that is destroying our society.

Their diet is very different to ours but follows very similar traits which I will go into detail on in this episode.

There is also a huge movement in Britain toward no GMO, organic veggies, grass fed meats, and a huge increase in fitness participation.

I visited some gyms, spoke with leaders in the industry and got a good feel for the direction the fitness industry is going in the UK and it is good!
