It is in times like these that you realize that not everyone thinks as you do!

To truly help people you need to see the world through their lens.

We create circles of people in our niche communities that think like us, train like us, eat like us and be like us. But there are more of them than there are of us!

So in this episode, I explore some of the different mindsets and ways of life that I have encountered.

I share with you all the excuses I hear from people who think being fit and eating healthy is bullshit! 

"Doing fitness will wear out your joints!"

"You only have so many heartbeats- you are fast-forwarding to the end of the movie by doing cardio"

"My wife likes me husky!"

"Soft tissue?  You are trying to achieve what I already have…soft tissues"

"Sweat is salty and my doc wants me to reduce my sodium." 

"I did a test and it said I'm allergic to vegetables.”
