CGP Ep318 2020 Vision on the Year Ahead!

You have your sights clearly set on the year ahead and what you want to accomplish in 2020.

I get it! But if you really want to make 2020 a year to remember you need to spend the next few weeks reflecting on 2019.

Self-reflection on your career, relationships, self-care and spirituality will allow you to uncover the successes and failures that made 2019 the year that WAS!

I can’t emphasize enough the need for you to take ownership and responsibility for the good the bad and the ugly that occurred over the past year.

Do you have bad relationships with friends, lovers, or family?

You need to look at how you contributed to that relationship and how you can make them better. Sometimes you need to remove toxic relationships from your life and other times you need to put more energy into rectifying the underlying issues.

How about your career? Did you grow this past year? Did you challenge yourself and push your abilities past your comfort zone?
