CGP Ep199 #YOJAY Gold Medal Inspiration

This episode is a special one for me as it comes from a #YOJAY message from a Glistener whose #DreamBIG came true.

Now he is faced with the question?

What's next? How do I now #Overdeliver? It is such an inspiring story that I had to share it on this epic episode.

" #Yojay! Hi, Coach. How are you? I have done it. I just came back from Para-T&F world championship in London last week. It was amazing. Two of our boys won GOLD MEDALS! I can't believe this is happening.

Tis amazing thing happened partially because of you! You helped me to dream big when I was lost in the US. Your podcast definitely helped and will help since this is a tough job. I can't do this just because I love this job. You helped me to find something within me to keep dreaming big and overdeliver. I really appreciate it.

And, I have a quest. I wanna know your opinion after the achievement. I listened to the past episode with Dr. McCabe and was definitely the one I had to listen to. My life is not going to end just because I went to the world championship and saw our athletes winning the medals. I have to live after that accomplishment just like before and have to think about my future since the contract renewal is coming up in 8 months. So, in a nutshell, I want to hear your opinion about how we can identify the critical moment in our career, like stay or leave for the new opportunity if it's there.

Also, if you can share your experience and opinion about how we should work with athletes especially when they are having a tough time. It is important but easy for us to congrats them when they are having success, but it is more important for us to work together when they have a tough time. What did and would you do when they are not making it even though they are working hard and you know it. if you can share your thought, that would be great!!
